Why were these courses created?
I’m just a guy who is trying to be healthy. I started on my fitness journey when I was 19 years old. I fell in love with every aspect of fitness, and 20 years later, I am still at it. I’ve had my ups and downs like everyone, but have always had fitness as a part of my life, so I decided to do it as a career, and for the last 20 years, I have been training the general population on their fitness goals and have loved every minute of it. And about 5 years ago, I found the second love of my life—Brazilian jiu-jitsu—and since then I have been training almost daily. But I saw a lack of proper education for how to take care of the body to not only help the body to recover from our combat sport but to teach the average person to learn how to control their own body to amplify their movement for JiuJitsu

How long is each lesson?
Each class ranges from 20-40 min. If you have never done any mobility work than at the very beginning you will be learning and it's more time consuming but as you repeat each exercise the intensity will increase and the time needed to complete each class will reduce.
